Cancellation Policy
Please appreciate that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are usually unable to fill that appointment slot.
As a courtesy, we always contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment 48 hours before, so please notify us immediately if you are unable to make the appointment.
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given there will be cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
When booking online a charge of the full amount is automatically applied to your account if you fail to attend.
Of course, we do appreciate that there are emergency situations which cannot be avoided, such situations will be considered on an individual basis.
